A 50% deposit is required to start production of an order. Balance, including shipping costs, are due before shipping. Once production has begun, all sales are final. Rights to custom designs are the sole property of Hwang Bishop unless otherwise specified.
Changes or cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase and will incur a 10% change/cancellation fee. All of our products are made to order, therefore there are no cancellations after 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation of an order after 24 hours will only be accepted at the discretion of Hwang Bishop and is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
All sales are final, if you are unsure about a glaze finish please order samples before placing an order.
Trade Accounts Only: Custom orders (Including custom color and custom sizing) are not refundable.

Hwang Bishop is not responsible for installation charges, damages during installation or any conditions beyond our control.
Any completed merchandise that is stored by Hwang Bishop for over 14 days will be charged a monthly storage fee of 2% of the total invoice.

• A $20 fee will be added to each item for packaging and storage.
• Completed orders must be picked up within 14 days of email notification.
• Any order not picked up after 14 days will be subject to a monthly 2% of total invoice storage fee.

• Custom Color ⎹ 8-11 Weeks (4-5 Weeks Strike-Off plus 4-6 Weeks from approval to complete order)
• Lead time starts from receipt of 50% deposit. Orders must be paid in full to be shipped.
